Maison Del Mar wants you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, preference, or sizing. Maison Del Mar will cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy
Maison Del Mar currently ships within the United States using USPS.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 will be charged the applicable shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and USPS service. Maison Del Mar is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maison Del Mar cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
